Each individual may hold only one active Account on the josbet Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. josbet employs automated detection systems to identify multiple accounts and will close duplicates, voiding any associated balances and bonuses.
During registration you must provide your real full name (matching your KTP), date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid mobile phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. josbet will not be liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. josbet will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately so your account can be secured.
An Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. josbet may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25,000, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive advance email notification before any dormancy fee is applied.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, unusual deposit volumes may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review under josbet's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (08:00–23:00 WIB) are typically completed within 2–5 minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. josbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily limits are communicated within your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account verification tier. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher limits subject to individual agreement.
All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). josbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method.
If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of transfer confirmation, please contact our support team with your proof of transfer. josbet will investigate promptly. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes initiated by a player will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by josbet are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is displayed clearly on the promotion page. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements; the applicable contribution rate is listed on each promotion page.
josbet employs advanced monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets solely on outcomes with near-certain results to clear wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, and any other behavior that josbet determines, at its reasonable discretion, to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer. josbet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. josbet will not reinstate expired bonuses except in cases of documented platform error.
josbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided via the promotions page or email. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of a promotion change will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
All RNG-based games on the josbet Platform use independently certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with trained croupiers. josbet does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
Football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF — are offered in accordance with josbet's sportsbook rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. josbet reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human data-entry mistake. Players will be notified and the original stake returned. josbet will not honor winnings derived from manifestly erroneous pricing.
Single-event maximum payouts apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will be capped at that maximum regardless of the calculated return. This cap applies per event, per day, and is non-negotiable except under a separate VIP arrangement confirmed in writing by josbet management.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the josbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any josbet Intellectual Property without prior written authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, josbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed or the bonus balance forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
josbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) josbet is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) josbet has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to josbet.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect.
josbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which josbet holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents josbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
